Bursting with pumpkin flavor, this dairy-free recipe makes the perfect pumpkin treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 29 oz pumpkin puree /not pie filling
  • 4 cups sugar - organic granulated
  • 2 pcs organic eggs
  • 1 cup organic canola oil
  • 5 cups Manny's choice all-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp natural sea salt
  • 2 tsps organic cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsps organic pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 ½ tsps baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°7
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl together
  • Makes 3 loaves - My oven 65 mins
  • or muffins - 25 mins
