Manny’s Choice German Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Manny’s Choice Flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 eggs
- 3 oz butter
Instructions
- Make the batter: In a bowl add the milk, Manny’s Choice Flour, sugar, and salt. Using a hand mixer, mix until combined. Next, slowly add in two eggs, mix, and then continue adding the rest of the eggs two at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Bake in the oven: Preheat the oven to 450°. Using two 9.5” glass pie pans, place 1.5 tsp of butter in each. Place the pie pans in the oven until the butter melts. Once the butter is melted pour half of the pancake mixture into each pie pan. Bake the pancakes in the oven for 15 minutes.
