Pumpkin Bread
Bursting with pumpkin flavor, this dairy-free recipe makes the perfect pumpkin treat!
Ingredients
- 1 can 29 oz pumpkin puree /not pie filling
- 4 cups sugar - organic granulated
- 2 pcs organic eggs
- 1 cup organic canola oil
- 5 cups Manny's choice all-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp natural sea salt
- 2 tsps organic cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsps organic pumpkin pie spice
- 2 ½ tsps baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°7
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl together
- Makes 3 loaves - My oven 65 mins
- or muffins - 25 mins
