Manny’s Choice Bread Machine Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Manny’s Choice Flour
- 2 tsps Caputo Yeast or active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsps Salt
- 1 1/2 tsps Sugar
- 2 cups “fed” Manny’s Choice Sourdough starter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
Instructions
- Add to bread maker: Place the ingredients into the pan of your machine, in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Next, program for French Bread, or a similar long-rising cycle. Lastly, press start.
- Check the dough: Check the dough after about 10 minutes of kneading; add additional water or Manny’s Choice Flour as necessary to make a smooth, soft dough. Remove the bread from the machine when it's done, cool on a rack.
