Manny’s Choice Bread Machine Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Manny’s Choice Flour
  • 2 tsps Caputo Yeast or active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsps Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsps Sugar
  • 2 cups “fed” Manny’s Choice Sourdough starter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water

Instructions

  • Add to bread maker: Place the ingredients into the pan of your machine, in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Next, program for French Bread, or a similar long-rising cycle. Lastly, press start.
  •  Check the dough: Check the dough after about 10 minutes of kneading; add additional water or Manny’s Choice Flour as necessary to make a smooth, soft dough. Remove the bread from the machine when it's done, cool on a rack.
