Lemon Crinkle Cookies

These cookies are light with a nice lemon flavor.  Manny’sChoice Flour always makes my baked goods with a fine texture. 
Course Dessert


  • 1/2 Cup butter, softened
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 Cups Manny’s Choice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease or usenon-stick cooking spray on cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together untillight and fluffy.  Whip in vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice.
  • Stir in all dry ingredients slowly until just combined,excluding the powdered sugar.
  • Put powdered sugar into a small bowl.
  • Roll a heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll inpowdered sugar.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes or until bottoms begin to barelybrown.
