Lemon Crinkle Cookies
These cookies are light with a nice lemon flavor. Manny’sChoice Flour always makes my baked goods with a fine texture.
- 1/2 Cup butter, softened
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 Cups Manny’s Choice Flour
- 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or usenon-stick cooking spray on cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together untillight and fluffy. Whip in vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice.
Stir in all dry ingredients slowly until just combined,excluding the powdered sugar.
Put powdered sugar into a small bowl.
Roll a heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll inpowdered sugar.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until bottoms begin to barelybrown.
