Lemon Crinkle Cookies
These cookies are light with a nice lemon flavor. Manny’sChoice Flour always makes my baked goods with a fine texture.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter, softened
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 Cups Manny’s Choice Flour
- 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or usenon-stick cooking spray on cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together untillight and fluffy. Whip in vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice.
- Stir in all dry ingredients slowly until just combined,excluding the powdered sugar.
- Put powdered sugar into a small bowl.
- Roll a heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll inpowdered sugar.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until bottoms begin to barelybrown.
