Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Scotchies

Delicious, chewy, buttery oatmeal cookies loaded with semi sweet chocolate and butterscotch morsels.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 C butter softened/room temp
  • 2/3 C sugar granulated
  • 1 1/3 C brown sugar
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 C rolled oats
  • 1 pkg mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg butterscotch chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In 1 bowl - mix flour & baking soda
  • In another bowl mix: sugars and butter
  • Add salt, vanilla and eggs to butter & sugar mixture . Beat until light & fluffy.
  • Mix in flour mixture
  • Stir in oats
  • Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips
  • drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook 8 - 10 minutes
