
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Scotchies
Delicious, chewy, buttery oatmeal cookies loaded with semi sweet chocolate and butterscotch morsels.

Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 C butter softened/room temp
- 2/3 C sugar granulated
- 1 1/3 C brown sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3 C rolled oats
- 1 pkg mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 pkg butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 375

In 1 bowl - mix flour & baking soda

In another bowl mix: sugars and butter

Add salt, vanilla and eggs to butter & sugar mixture . Beat until light & fluffy.

Mix in flour mixture

Stir in oats

Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips

drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Cook 8 - 10 minutes
