Why Manny's Choice is Different
Our flour is sourced from Europe — unbleached, unenriched, non-bromated, and grown without synthetic pesticides. Clean flour, the way nature intended. That's The Good Gluten®.

Caring for Your Manny's Choice Flour
Our flour is clean and minimally processed — here's how to keep it fresh.
A quick note on freshness.
Weevils are tiny grain insects that can naturally occur in any flour — especially minimally processed flour free from harsh chemical treatments. If you ever find them (which is rare), the fix is simple:
- Freeze your flour for 2–7 days to kill any eggs
- Store in an airtight container
- Keep in a cool, dry place
