Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup soft butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pc egg-beat
  • 1 cup grated drained zucchini
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups Manny’s Choice Flour
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions

  1. Cream butter & Sugar

  2. Add egg & lemon - mix

  3. Stir in dry items just till mixed

  4. Add zucchini & nuts

  5. Glazed while warm

  6. Powder & lemon juice

  7. Can add Zest - make thick

  8. Bake 375° 15-20 min then glaze
