Boil milk-pour on butter

Dissolve yeast in 2 tsp. warm water with it sugar out of the 1/4 cup sugar. Let sit 15 mins.

To milk and butter add beaten eggs, salt, water, and dissolved yeast.

Mix with flour knead well

Let raise once

Chill dough in frig. overnight

Roll out in circles v cut in triangle- roll in crescent

on greased cookie sheet let raise 2-3 hours

Bake 12-15 mins. 375 degree Celsius

Brush tops with butter
