Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup Manny’s Choice Flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Set oven to 325 degrees

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl: sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt

  3. Whisk all wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, veg oil, water, vanilla

  4. Gently add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

  5. Fold in chocolate chips (dark or milk)

  6. Don't over mix

  7. Oven should be at 325 degrees

  8. Pour mixture into greased 8x8" pan

  9. Bake 40-45 mins

  10. Hint: center should be a little soft
