Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Scotchies

Delicious, chewy, buttery oatmeal cookies loaded with semi sweet chocolate and butterscotch morsels.

Ingredients

  • 2 C Manny’s Choice Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 C butter, (softened/room temp)
  • 2/3 C sugar, (granulated)
  • 1 1/3 C brown sugar
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 C rolled oats
  • 1 pkg mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In 1 bowl - mix flour & baking soda

  3. In another bowl mix: sugars and butter

  4. Add salt, vanilla and eggs to butter & sugar mixture. Beat until light & fluffy.

  5. Mix in flour mixture

  6. Stir in oats

  7. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips

  8. Drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

  9. Cook 8 - 10 minutes
