Manny’s Choice S’mores Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Manny's Choice Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup gram crackers
Instructions
- Prep Brownie Batter· In a large mixing bowl add 1 package of Manny’s Choice Extra Decadent Brownie Mix· Next add the butter and eggs· Stir until smooth and combined· Grease an 8×8 baking dish· Add the brownie batter to the dish
- Prep S’mores topping· In a small bowl add the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crush up the gram crackers and gently mix to combine· Set aside
- Bake Brownies· Preheat oven to 350°F· When oven is preheated add brownies to oven and bake for 30 minutes· Take brownies out of the oven and add s’mores topping and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes· Take out and let cool then slice to serve
