Manny's Choice S'mores Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Manny's Choice Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup gram crackers

Instructions

  • Prep Brownie Batter
    ·      In a large mixing bowl add 1 package of Manny’s Choice Extra Decadent Brownie Mix
    ·      Next add the butter and eggs
    ·      Stir until smooth and combined
    ·      Grease an 8x8 baking dish
    ·      Add the brownie batter to the dish
  • Prep S’mores topping
    ·      In a small bowl add the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crush up the gram crackers and gently mix to combine
    ·      Set aside
  • Bake Brownies
    ·      Preheat oven to 350°F
    ·      When oven is preheated add brownies to oven and bake for 30 minutes
    ·      Take brownies out of the oven and add s’mores topping and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes
    ·      Take out and let cool then slice to serve
