Manny’s Choice Peppermint Brownies

Make Batter
· In a large bowl mix together Manny’s Choice Brownie mix, butter, eggs and peppermint extract. Stir until smooth and silky.
Bake Brownies
· In an 8×8 greased baking dish, pour the brownie batter into the dish and smooth it with a spatula until it is evenly distributed.
· Preheat oven to 350F and bake the brownies according to Manny’s Choice Brownie Mix instructions.
Top the Brownies
·      Take the brownies out of the oven and let cool completely.
·      Once cooled, top with frosting and smooth frosting evenly over the brownies.
·      Top with crushed peppermint, and mini marshmallows.
·      Cut the brownies into even squares and serve!
