Manny's Choice Peppermint Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Manny's Choice Brownie Mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 10 oz vanilla frosting
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Make Batter
    ·      In a large bowl mix together Manny’s Choice Brownie mix, butter, eggs and peppermint extract. Stir until smooth and silky.
  • Bake Brownies
    ·      In an 8x8 greased baking dish, pour the brownie batter into the dish and smooth it with a spatula until it is evenly distributed.  
    ·      Preheat oven to 350F and bake the brownies according to Manny’s Choice Brownie Mix instructions.
  • Top the Brownies
    ·      Take the brownies out of the oven and let cool completely.
    ·      Once cooled, top with frosting and smooth frosting evenly over the brownies.
    ·      Top with crushed peppermint, and mini marshmallows.
    ·      Cut the brownies into even squares and serve!
