Manny’s Choice Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Manny’s Choice Flour
  • 1 1/3 cups of milk
  • 2 Tbsps. butter
  • ½ Tsp. of vanilla
  • 2 Tbsps. white sugar
  • ½ Tsp salt.
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup fruit of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients: First, melt the butter and add to a dish. Next, add the milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt and whisk together. Then add in Manny’s Choice Flour and continue to whisk until combined. Lastly, cut up fruit of your choice and set aside.
  • Bake the crepes: First butter the bottom of a non-stick pan. Then, using a small ladle, scoop one scoop of crepe batter into the pan. Next, swirl the crepe mixture around so it all thinly and evenly coats the bottom of the pan. Cook over low-medium heat for 2 minutes per side until slightly golden brown.
  • Top the crepes: First fold the crepes into a triangle shape, then top with fruit of your choice. Other topping ideas are jam, chocolate syrup, or whip-cream! Finally, eat while warm.
