I’ve been gluten-free since 2020 and have missed yummy bread so much! Decided to give Manny’s a try and I’m thrilled! Made homemade cinnamon rolls yesterday, ate one with no negative reaction at all. Had another one a few hours later with the same results. I’m thrilled to find Manny’s so I can make my own bread and truly enjoy it. I’m also sad that Americans have to purchase European products to not get sick.

After a friend went to Italy and had no issues with eating pasta, pizza and bread, she suggested that I order flour like what she was getting in Europe. After research, I discover this flour. I made focaccia and had no stomach issues at all. If I ate focaccia that was made here in the states, I would be spending most of my day in the bathroom. So far so good! Can’t wait to try the pasta!

I first was introduced to this wonderful product at the Christmas in July Bazaar at the Milwaukie Elks. I’m NOT a pancake or waffle gal, but my honey is, so for him I decided to give it a try. OH MY GOODNESS! the best ever – I am now a waffle and pancake gal. I have given away a bag, and thinking it may be on my Christmas gift lists to other families. So glad I took a chance.

I love this stuff. My daughter has a gluten sensitivity and when she spent time in Europe her problems were non-existent. I chose Mannys European flour and started baking everything we need and she has been able to safely eat without pain. It has been a big win for us!

I love my Manny’s Choice Flour! I’ve been on a weight loss journey and have also been on a sourdough kick. I’ve made the following from scratch: Bread, Flatbread, Soft Tortilla Shells, Bagels, Pasta, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Brownies…eating all of that and still able to lose the weight! I’ve actually made so many things, I am out of flour and need more. I’m glad my next subscription delivery will be next week!

I’m a big believer in Manny’s Choice! I’m able to eat the pastas that have gluten in them with no problems. This is huge because I get so sick with symptoms that last for up to a week from just the tiniest crumb of American wheat. Highly recommended for anyone with gluten issues. Plus, the pastas taste hearty & give a delicious flavor of their own.

Why I love Manny’s Choice Flour.
Manny’s Choice Flour is the first Organic flour that is truly from Italy. It has absolutely no GMO’s & no artificial ingredients. When I bake with Manny’s Choice flour I know that I’m feeding my family something healthy. The texture is soft and silky. Pure! There is no bloat or inflammation when I eat this. I have Acid Reflux and believe me when I tell you this has helped tremendously.(Like over night)! It has been known to not affect those with gluten problems to. I have used Manny’s Choice for over a year and We Love it in our home. Oh and try the other Manny’s Choice products. They are just as amazing!!

The taste is wonderful and worth it just for that. But an incredible benefit for me is that after over 20 years of arthritis pain in my knuckles and over 30 years of being on meds for esophageal reflux, I’ve been free of the arthritis pain and off the heartburn meds for over two months now. I’ve been generally, but not legalistically, following a Mediterranean style diet with mostly organic food and I’m totally convinced that Manny’s Choice organic Italian flour is one of the largest contributors to the huge improvements in my health!

Amazing flour! I thought that I could not eat flour until I tried this. Now I am making all my favorites again and they do not have the funny taste from gluten free flours.
My husband and I are enjoying pancakes on Sunday mornings again and I will be a customer for life. This flour is the best!!!

I love Manny’s Choice Flour! When baking a pie, the pastry is very easy to handle and the flour, is light, flaky and delicious! I have had intestinal problems with other flours, but I do not have problems with Manny’s Choice Flour. I recommend this flour to my friends. I am so happy to have found Manny’s Choice Flour!

I have many medical issues resulting from undiagnosed Lyme disease. When I eat food made from US flour I have a lot of pain in my body. Since I started using Manny”s flour…pure flour, certified Italian, with no GMO or pesticides that we use in the USA ….I do not have any body and foot pain or other bad reactions! It is a real blessing to be able to eat bread again and pasta, too. I encourage you to give Manny’s Choice a try! You will be glad you did!!!

This all Natural Real Italian all Purpose Flour and Pasta is the best I’ve ever used. It’s real! It’s from Real Italy. Not a place that says it’s from Italy. Like in the stores. The pasta doesn’t make you feel like you’ve eaten a brick. It leaves you feeling satisfied but not that horrible bloated full feeling. The pasta grabs whatever flavor you pair with it. You don’t have to use a ton of ingredients to cover the bland taste of pasta. One of my favorite ways to eat Manny’s Choice Pasta is with Butter & Parmesan cheese.  Seriously though this Manny’s Choice product is no joke. It’s amazing! I run out super fast because we love it so much.
