Ingredients

1 Pkg. Manny's Choice Pancake and Waffle Mix
3 Eggs
6 Tbsps. Oil
2-3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Toppings of your choice

Instructions

Mix Pancake Batter
·      Add one package of Manny’s Choice Pancake and Waffle Mix to a large bowl
·      Next, add in the eggs and oil
·      While whisking, slowly add in milk until it reaches desired pancake batter consistency
Prep Sheet Pan
·      Preheat oven to 425F
·      Lightly grease a full-sized sheet pan
·      Pour the pancake batter onto the sheet pan
·      Slowly tilt the sheet pan to evenly distribute the batter evenly
Add Toppings & Bake
·      Pick your favorite pancake toppings and add them to different quadrants of the batter
·      You can add chocolate chips, fruit, syrup, or nuts
·      Once toppings are added, place pan in the oven
·      Bake for 15-18 minutes
·      Take out of the oven and enjoy while warm and top with syrup and butter
