Manny’s Choice Pancake Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 pkg of Manny’s Choice Pancake and Waffle Mix original or chocolate chip
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsps. Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 Cup Mix-ins of your choice optional
Instructions
- Make Muffin Batter· Pour Manny’s Choice Pancake & Waffle Mix (original or chocolate chip) into a medium size bowl· Follow the “pancake” directions on the package· Add the milk, oil, egg, and syrup to the bowl and stir to combine· If the batter is too runny add a little more dry mix· Add mix-ins if you choose (blueberries etc.) and stir until mixed in
- Bake Muffins· Preheat the oven to 350F · Grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil· Pour the batter into the muffin tin equally between six spots· Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
- Serve· Top muffins with butter· Serve warm
