Make the Batter: In a large bowl, or a stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugars until the mixture is combined and fluffy. Next, add vanilla and salt. Then, add in the eggs one at time, scraping the bowl after each egg. Then, slowly add the flour and stir to combine. Lastly, gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
Bake Blondies: Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Next, line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Then, pour the blondies batter into the baking pan. Next, bake the blondies for 20-25 minutes. The middle of the blondies should still be slightly gooey when taken out.
Serve: First, allow the blondies to cool. Then, cut into equal square shapes. Finally, plate, and serve!
