Manny's Choice Pumpkin Spice Sugar Cookies

Equipment

  • 2 bowls
  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 sheet of parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Manny's Choice Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 9 tbsps. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Prep Dough
    ·      In a large bowl pour in one package of Manny’s Choice Sugar Cookie Mix
    ·      Then add in your melted butter, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and water.
    ·      Stir to combine until it forms a dough
  • Shape Cookies
    ·      In a separate bowl add your sugar
    ·      Take a one-inch piece of dough, and roll it into a ball shape and repeat until you get 12-15 balls
    ·      Take each dough ball and roll it through the sugar
    ·      Place all dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake Cookies
    ·      Preheat oven to 375℉
    ·      Place cookies in the oven and bake for 8-10minutes
    ·      Take out of the oven and let cool
  • Enjoy!
