Crust
Mix together, lightly press in bottom of Springform pan
Bake 350 for 10 minutes
Filing
Whip cream cheese for 5 minutes
Add sugar and whip for 5 more minutes
Add and mix vanilla and 1 egg at a time
Add and mix sour cream
Add whipping cream – stir into mixture – do not use a mixer
Springform Pan
Cover exterior of pan with aluminum foil to keep water out
Pour filing into pan
Place in pan in a larger pan that allows you to fill the outer pan with water about 1 ½ -2” high on the sides (creating a water bath)
Bake 325 for 90-100 minutes in a water bath
Take out and let cool for 90 minutes
Sauce
Place in skillet, bring to a boil, simmer for 15minutes
Let cool, top cheesecake with sauce when serving
