Manny's Choice American Flag Fruit Cake

  • 1 9x13 Dish
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Manny's Choice Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 9 Tbsps. Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Frosting

Instructions

  • Prep Sugar Cookie Dough
    ·      In a large bowl add your Manny’s Choice Sugar Cookie Mix
    ·      Next add butter, water, and egg and stir to combine
    ·      Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula and continue mixing
  • Bake Sugar Cookie
    ·      Preheat oven to 350℉
    ·      Spray oil in the bottom of a 9x13 dish
    ·      Take the sugar cookie dough and press it gently with your hands to form an even layer of dough covering the bottom of the dish
    ·      Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Decorate the Flag
    ·      Once the sugar cookie is completely cooled use a spatula frost the entire cookie
    ·      Take the blueberries to make the stars in the left-hand corner of the cookie
    ·      Use the strawberries to make horizontal stripes to finish the American Flag
