Grandma Mihalik's Ice Box Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled milk
- ΒΌ cup sugar use a little less
- 1 cake yeast
- 4 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 well beaten eggs
Instructions
- Boil milk-pour on butter
- Dissolve yeast in 2 tsp. warm water with it sugar out of the 1/4 cup sugar. Let sit 15 mins.
- To milk and butter add beaten eggs, salt, water, and dissolved yeast.
- Mix with flour knead well
- Let raise once
- Chill dough in frig. overnight
- Roll out incircles v cut in triangle- roll in crescent
- on greased cookie sheet let raise 2-3 hours
- Bake 12-15 mins. 375 degree Celsius
- Brush tops with butter
