Set oven to 325 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl: sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt
Whisk all wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, veg oil, water, vanilla
Gently add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Fold in chocolate chips (dark or milk)
Don't over mix
Oven should be at 325 degrees
Pour mixture into greased 8x8" pan
Bake 40-45 mins
Hint: center should be a little soft
