Blackberry Pie
Crumble top pie with fresh picked Oregon blackberries.

For Filling:
- 4 C. berries
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp clove
- 2 tbsp butter reserve for dotting
Crust:
Mix: flour, salt, sugar, oil, and milk.
Reserve 1 C of this mixture for topping
Press the remainder of crust mixture into 8X8 pie pan.
Preheat oven to 400.
Filling:
Mix berries and dry ingredients thoroughly but gently.
Put into prepared crust in the pie pan.
Top with butter.
Sprinkle reserved crust mixture over the top ( I added about 1/3 cup of brown sugar to the sprinkle topping)
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes
