Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken breast for 5 minutes each side. Next, turn the chicken on low and add the butter, sundried tomatoes and garlic. Stir until fragrant.
Cook the noodles: While the chicken is cooking bring a pot of water to aboil, and season with salt. Next, add in the PrimoGrano Spaghettoni and cook according to package directions. Lastly, strain the pasta.
Make the sauce: In the skillet with the chicken add the chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Next, reduce to a simmer and stir in the parmesan cheese and your strained pasta. Mix until all the pasta is thoroughly coated in the sauce.
