Muscatel and orange blossom honey condiment: wonderful floral honey paired with fruity Spanish Muscatel wine. It has the full sweetness of stone fruit with a touch of sour.

Why We Like It 
It is so intensely flavored that you want to drink it straight or mix with sparkling water or wine. It pairs beautifully with fruit such as melon or summer peaches or in a salad with bold cheese, like a blue or Parmigiano Reggiano. Also perfect in savory applications to deglaze a pan of roast pork or duck.
