OK. This isn’t my first time using yeast. But this is by far the best yeast that I have ever used. It rose beautifully. It is top notch yeast. The smell of the yeast told my how fresh and powerful it was. I love this yeast and will purchase more. I wish it came in a larger size.

A friend bought this for me as I was having trouble finding yeast due to the pandemic. When it put it int he water it did not look as foamy as the yeast i was using. BUT I had faith and added it. While I was kneading the bread, I could tell it was coming together very smoothly. The difference in flavor is notable as is the softness and lightness of the bread. This is my go to yeast now!
